なお、代表の方が「QRコードを表示する」をクリックした時点で、キオクシア岩手株式会社に入場される方が全員が本誓約事項に同意したものとみなします。
At the point that someone of you clicks "Display QR Code", it is considered that all people of you who enter Kioxia Iwate Corporation have agreed to this pledge.
誓約事項
英語/English
私は貴社への入出に当たり、下記事項を順守し、これに違反しないことを誓約します。
１．私は時期、手段を問わず貴社から入手し、開示もしくは示唆を受け知り得る技術、営業、顧客、その他一切の情報（以下、機密情報という）および個人情報を機密として保持し、第三者に開示、提供、漏洩または示唆しないものとします。
２．私は書面による貴社の承諾を事前に得た場合を除き、機密情報および個人情報を関連業務の目的に使用し、その他目的には一切使用しないものとします。
３．私は書面による貴社の承諾を事前に得た場合を除き、機密情報および個人情報を転写、複写または複製をしないものとします。また、転写物、複写物および複製物も機密情報として取り扱うものとします。
４．私は貴社の社内において、許可範囲外の場所には立ち入りません。
５．私は許可なく貴社が禁止する情報機器、可搬記憶メディア、通信機器の持込、使用および持出はいたしません。また、日常携行品を除く業務に使用しない物品、危険物等の持込はいたしません。
６．私は貴社の警備員が実施する所持品検査に同意し、受検いたします。
７．私は所持品検査に当たり、妊娠及びペースメーカー等医療器具に異常が生じる可能性のある場合は事前に申し出を行うものとし、事前申し出のない受検による身体等異常の異議申立ておよび損害賠償の請求はいたしません。
８．私は所持品検査に当たり、警備員に故意、過失がある場合を除き、物品の破損、汚損、損傷等の異議申立ておよび損害賠償の請求はいたしません。
９．私は本誓約書に違反した場合、違反行為の停止または予防の請求、その他貴社の如何なる処置に対しても何らの異議を申立てることなく応じるものとします。
１０．私は本誓約書に違反し、貴社に損害を与えた場合には、その損害を賠償します。
With regard to the entrance into and exit from Kioxia’s Corporation, I hereby agree to comply with the followings:
1. I will keep any information received, disclosed or suggested from Kioxia during my stay at Kioxia’s Corporation including, but not limited to, technical/sales/customer related information (the “Confidential Information”) and any personal information in confidence. I will not disclose, divulge or suggest the Confidential Information and personal information to any third parties.
2. Unless otherwise pre-approved in writing by Kioxia, I will not use any Confidential Information and personal information other than for a proper purpose agreed upon with Kioxia.
3. Unless otherwise pre-approved in writing by Kioxia, I will not copy, duplicate or reproduce the Confidential Information and personal information. The copied, duplicated or reproduced material shall be also deemed as Confidential Information.
4. I will not enter any areas at Kioxia’s Corporation other than those permitted by Kioxia.
5. I will not bring in, use and bring out any information device, mobile storage media or communication device without obtaining Kioxia’s prior permission.
6. I will take an inspection of personal belongings to be conducted by Kioxia’s security staff.
7. In case of pregnant or using medical equipment (such as pacemaker) that may be affected by an inspection of personal belongings, I will so notify in advance. I will not make any claim or demand any compensation for the deterioration of physical conditions in case of having such an inspection without making proper notification in advance.
8. Except for a willful conduct or gross negligence by Kioxia’s security staff, I will not make any claim or demand any compensation for the damage, stain or deterioration on my property that arises during an inspection of personal belongings.
9. In case of any non-compliance under this Pledge, I will, without objection, take appropriate measures as instructed by Kioxia, including, but not limited to, a cessation of non-compliance or an implementation of precaution.
10. I will compensate any damages incurred by Kioxia in connection with my non-compliance hereunder.
入場の際は、スマートフォンまたは印刷物でこのQRコードを受付に提示してください。
Please present this QR code with your smartphone or printed matter at the security office.
QRコードは、来場期間 開始日時から来場期間 終了日時の期間内であれば何度でもご利用できます。
This QR code can be used as many times as you like within the period from the scheduled entry time to the scheduled exit time.
入場時、身分証明書を提示いただきます。
公的機関が発行した身分証明書で顔写真付きのもの（パスポート、運転免許証など）であれば1点、顔写真無しの身分証明書（健康保険証、年金手帳など）の場合は2点持参してください。
Please present public ID card with face photo (ex; passport, driver’s license). If your ID card is not with face photo, we need to check two public ID cards.
事前申請のない情報機器類※は、持ち込むことが出来ませんので、ご注意ください。
